It took some adjustment to build relationship and learn the way they worked, which can be difficult, but they were intentional to try to meet our needs and make sure we felt valued and cared about in the same way we had previously. Unfortunately, we've had our fair share of fender benders, and so far we have had what we expected to be covered covered!
